We partner with trusted roofing contractors to bring homeowners the inspections, repairs, and replacements they need — and we're expanding. We're looking for driven, people-first sales reps who want to build real income and grow with us.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Canvass assigned residential territories across the Gulf Coast, knocking an average of 40–60 doors per day
• Identify homeowners who may need roof inspections, repairs, or replacements
• Build rapport quickly, present SBD's free inspection offer, and book appointments
• Submit leads and job details through our internal system for seamless handoff to our roofing partners
• Follow up consistently — most sales happen on the 2nd or 3rd contact
• Hit a minimum of one closed sale per week, with top performers closing multiple
• Work your own schedule within your assigned territory

WHAT A GREAT DAY LOOKS LIKE
You're in a neighborhood by 9 AM. You knock 50 doors, have 8–10 real conversations, book 2–3 inspections, and follow up on a homeowner from yesterday who's ready to move forward. You wrap up by early afternoon, log your activity, and start planning tomorrow's route. That's a great day — and they're repeatable.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• A communicator — you love talking to people and you're good at it
• Self-motivated — you don't need someone standing over you to get moving
• Coachable — you're open to feedback and want to get better every week
• Resilient — you can take a no, shake it off, and knock the next door
• 2+ years in roofing, construction, or D2D sales is a strong plus — but if you have the grit and the drive, we will train you
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in Gulf Coast weather

COMPENSATION
• Commission-only structure
• Earning potential: $60,000+ annually — uncapped
• Top performers earn significantly more
